Since I recently told you about my ‘fitness plan’, I thought I’d give you a tour of what I actually carry in my gym bag for when I go to hydro bike. As you can see I carry the bare essential. When I am at the gym I don’t like spending tons of time on my hair, makeup up or skincare. When I am done with my workout I want out in a matter of minutes.
HYDRO BIKE GEAR
As gear I actually don’t need anything specific if not these shoes that help you protect your feet on the bike and give you a better grip. The rest is simply a swimsuit, swim cap and towel.
When I have time to wash my hair in the changing room I opt for a shampoo and a leave-in conditioner to save time on masks or wash-off conditioners. I am not too fussed with my shampoo. Right now I am using the John Frieda Frizz Ease Flawlessly Straight Shampoo to smooth my hair and prevent any frizziness. For leave in conditioner I am using the It’s a 10 Miracle Leave In Product I got when I was in New York last summer to detangle, add shine and nourish the hair.
These two Ted Baker Body Wash and Body Lotion are quite the conversation starters. Apart from their gorgeous packaging, it’s the scent that every girl in the changing rooms asked me about at some point of the other – ‘a fruity grapefruit, mandarin and mango teamed with subtle floral notes of neroli and jasmine, with a base of patchouli, sandalwood and musk to complete the scent’. I am almost running out of the Body Wash but since it’s quite the compliment magnet, I’ll make sure to grab a tub or two when I am next in London!
