I am usually not one for wearing makeup at the gym, let alone at the swimming pool. However, there are some days that I’m hitting the gym later in the day and for the sake of not getting mocked but how tired I look by my local barista – Gilmore Girls marathons tend to have that effect on me, I managed to get a four product face that literally takes no more than five minutes to do.
You might remember this one from the Tinted SPF line up I did last summer. As part of the Rosaliac range this CC cream provides light coverage, moisture and luminosity to my skin whilst actively reducing redness on my cheeks avoiding the Santa Claus effect. I apply this one also after my hydro bike session so to soothe the skin from all the chlorine
To keep the look as natural as possible the choice of this cream shadow was a no brainer, it does exactly what it says on the tin. This guy manages to stay put and strong no matter how much I water I am throwing at my face during sprints. Added bonus of being super quick to use just one swipe with my finger and I’m sorted.
If I had to restrict my makeup routine to just one mascara would be it. Having elephant-straight lashes it is important for me to curl them and put on some mascara. This one is quite good, doesn’t smudge or run down during class, it keeps the curl well and elongates the lashes like a mother, I could feel them touching my brow bone with is something unheard of. However it does dry down quite quickly so I am not quite sure yet if it’s something I can overlook or not.
Whilst shopping my stash I found this lost love of mine and I couldn’t be happier to having welcome it in my life again. Said to be the dupe for the Clarins Natural Lip Perfectors this gloss offers a sheer tint with a subtle sheen which I don’t mind. I find it very moisturising and not sticky, perfect for days when I want something more than lip balm.
