Sundays are the ones that I like to call renovation days. On those days I kidnap the bathroom and indulge in a full on at-home spa experience and wash the week away.
To start of I exfoliate with Clarins Gentle Peeling which is great for sensitive skins as it’s a cream that you put on your face as a mask, tap until dry and then literally scrub off your skin like you would with rubber and pencil. The result is the same and you’re left with a clean radiant face.
After that is time for the face mask. I tend to have an oily t-zone and redness on the cheeks, so to tackle that I put Una Brennan Anti Blemish Clay Mask on the centre of my face to unclog pores and prevent breakouts, and A-Derma Sensiphase AR Anti-Redness Mask on the cheeks to keep the drunk-like red cheeks to a minimum and leave it on for 10 minutes or so.
Whilst the mask is on I move to the other half of my body which is legs and feet. I am SO bad with the whole moisturising shenanigans as I am extremely lazy, so I take this moment to moisturise my legs. The Prismologie White Beginning Rich Body Cream is everything it says on the tin, rich, moisturising and it smells amazing! After that, I give myself a bit of pedicure. I like the Prismology Red Hour Body Scrub to exfoliate my feet and then slather them with L’Erbolario Deodorant Gel for Feet.
Whilst all that is going on it’s pretty standard for me to have some YouTube videos playing in the background and of course a cup of coffee hanging around on the counter.
Time to take the mask off and inject some hydration back to the skin. For under the eyes my go-to is Lavera Anti-Ageing Eye Cream a natural and organic lightweight cream with Q10. Since I am not going to wear any makeup I like to go a bit stronger on the face so I like to swap between Jurlique Skin Balancing Face Oil and Lavera Anti-Ageing Night Cream. Finally I wrap it all up with curly my lashes and then slap a bit of Nuxe Rêve de Miel Lip Balm on my lips and I’m ready for a Gilmore Girl marathon on the sofa.
