The Deborah Lippmann’s Spring Collection had my eyes go in a full-on heart shaped-eyes emoji. I don’t know if was the layout of the ad, with those amazing flowers that made me crave for spring and sunshine, or if it was for the macaroon-like shades of the nail polishes. Probably both, or most probably it was the fact that we’re talking lacquer here…
The collection features 6 pastel shades: La Vie En Rose, a pastel shimmery petal pink, Blue Orchid, creamy baby blue, Spring Buds, a creamy pistachio, Tip Toe Through The Tulips, a creamy pale peach, and my two personal favourites – Build Me Up Buttercup, a creamy pale yellow, and Flowers In Her Hair, a creamy mint.
As every Deborah Lippmann polishes, they are formulated with strengthening and protective ingredients, and are free from formaldehyde, toluene and DBP. I never tried any nail polish of hers, but apparently they dry quickly and long-lasting.
They are available here at £16. Not the cheapest option, but either we save our pennies, or look out dupes *wink wink*
